Terms of Use
1. The service
BrainBridge offers puzzles involving observation, memory, sequencing, number concepts, and spatial thinking, together with world-travel themed cultural content. Puzzles, chapters, and features may be added or adjusted over time.
2. Not a medical service
BrainBridge is for learning, entertainment, and everyday mental activity. It is not a medical device and does not prevent, diagnose, or treat disease, assess cognitive ability, or provide medical advice. Progress, accuracy, and response time do not represent IQ, brain age, or disease risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional with health concerns.
3. Family profiles and adult gate
The official first release does not create an online account. An adult is responsible for device use, family profiles, and the adult access code and should prevent children from independently opening family reports or deleting data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not compromise app or website security, bypass access limits, distribute malware, scrape or redistribute content without authorization, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully or in ways that infringe others’ rights.
5. Free first release
The official first release provides three country chapters and core game features at no charge, with no subscription, advertising, or in-app purchase. If paid features are added later, we will update these terms, store information, and adult-gate disclosures before enabling them.
6. Intellectual property
Subject to user rights under law, BrainBridge software, visuals, puzzles, text, audio, trademarks, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant a personal and family, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, suspended, or ended for security, legal, technical, or content-quality reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material impact where practical.
8. Limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We are not responsible beyond applicable legal requirements for network, device, store, or third-party service issues outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights.
